Following the ceremony, we have a celebration in waiting! As a courtesy for attending the reception, guests are issued FREE entrance passes and encouraged to visit the Arboretum on the day of the event.

5:00 PM - 5:45 PM

We welcome you to the cocktail hour! Mingle and meander as hors d'oeuvres are served, courtesy of CRAVE catering. A cash bar will be available for guests looking for beverages - coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic drinks will be complimentary, so we hope you enjoy!

6:00 PM - 6:10 PM

Grand Entry will begin, marking when everyone is expected to be seated at their designated tables. The wedding couple will be introduced to the reception, formally, for the first time. A blessing and honoring will be spoken prior to the meals served.

For cultural reasons, we ask everyone to allow elders to be served first as a sign of respect and gratitude for their wisdom, guidance, and contributions to the community.

6:15 PM - 6:45 PM

Dinner is served, while speeches will be made periodically during this time. We hope you enjoy your selections and are ready for the festivities to begin!

7:00 PM

The party begins once the tables are moved! Join us on the dance floor as we move and groove throughout the night. An ice cream bar will be served for this evening's dessert as the newlyweds get first scoop, provided by La Vita Espresso.

8:30 PM

A late night snack is available for those looking for something salty! Additional games and activities will be announced throughout the remainder of the event.

11:25 PM - 11:45 PM

Closing time. We appreciate all of those who will be joining us during the reception.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR GUESTS:

There is a strict NO SMOKING / VAPING policy on the grounds, which helps preserve the gardens and historical buildings. This includes any indoor areas, patios, and garden spaces at the arboretum. You are welcome to step out the parking lot, as this is the facility's designated smoking area.
